RAIL passengers face delays due to signalling problems between London and Reading.
Commuters between London and Gloucester are facing delays up to two hours and in some cases services have been cancelled.
Gloucestershire’s Police and Crime Commissioner Martin Surl, who is currently waiting at London Paddington train station, tweeted ‘no underground and all trains back to #glos cancelled’.
Sat at Paddington,, no underground and all trains back to #glos cancelled. The British are incredibly patient.
