POLICE are stepping up patrols at a Gloucester allotment after repeated attacks by vandals on sheds and crops.

In the most recent incident, on Wednesday, January 22, several sheds were reported to have been wrecked at the Saintbridge Allotments in Cheyney Close.

PC Andy Plant, from Gloucester Police, said: "There has been some criminal damage to these sheds, some being completely tipped over.

We're seeking information from the public and will be doing a letter drop in the area. And we'll also be carrying out extra patrols to catch those responsible."

Anyone with information should call 101, quoting incident 145 of 22/1/14.
