VEGETARIAN chef Erin Baker will be cooking up a storm at the Crown and Sceptre in Stroud.

The Stroud based chef is cooking up a hearty vegetarian feast on the last Monday of every month at the popular pub in Horns Road as part of a worldwide campaign known as Meat Free Monday.

On Monday, February 24 Erin will be serving Mexican Lasagna made with black beans, sweet potato and chipotle sauce layered with corn tortillas and served with a lime and cumin coleslaw.
