SCHOOLS in Stroud will be affected by a teacher’s strike on Wednesday.

Ahead of the strike school’s across Gloucestershire are announcing whether or not they will close as a result of the strike action planned by NUT over pay, pensions and workload.

Park Junior School and Park Infant School in Elm Road, Stonehouse will be closed to all pupils.

The Shrubberies School, in Oldends Lane, Stonehouse, will be partially closed. Currently it will remain open to children in the following classes - Nursery, Violet, Indigo, Elm, Beech and Maple.

Chalford Hill Primary School will be closed for Year 4 pupils, but will remain open for all other classes.
