Boy, 11, reports lewd act in Stroud
AN 11-year-old boy reported that a man aged between 18 and 20 committed a lewd act in front of him in a wooded area next to Strachans Close, Stroud, on Thursday April 14.
The offender is described as white, around 5ft 3in tall, and wearing blue jeans and black or blue square glasses, and the incident took place between 7 and 7.30pm.
