A GROUP of children saw a man commit a lewd act in Stroud.
The youngsters saw the man commit the act in the vicinity of the canal near Bath Road at 7.20pm on Thursday, April 17.
Following the incident it is believed he ran off along the canalside towards Bath Road.
He has been seen in the area on a number of occasions.
The man is described as white, approximately 5ft 3ins tall, of muscular build, 18 to 20 years old, with short blond hair and slight facial hair.
He was wearing black or blue square glasses, blue denim jeans and a black hoody.
Anyone with any information should call police on 101 quoting incident number 440 of April 17.
