A MAN fell to his death from a high building in Gloucester city centre yesterday.
The serious incident involved a man falling from a tall building on Bruton Way on Thursday, May 16, which was witnessed by a number of people either working or walking through the area.
Police officers have identified and spoken to a number of people who were in the area at the time but due to the busy city centre location, they are aware that there are other witnesses who may be affected by what happened.
Officers wish to offer some support information to anyone who feels they want to speak to someone about what happened.
Anyone who was affected by the serious incident can:
- Contact their own GP for information or advice
- Have a look at NHS talk2gether links to PTSD (Post traumatic stress disorder) at talk2gether.nhs.uk
- Visit samaritans.org or call 08457 90 90 90
There are a number of other organisations offering support and advice which are available through GP surgeries and the NHS.
