A MAN has been charged in connection with the stabbing of a 47-year-old man in Tredworth High Street.
Christopher Smith, 48, of Eliot Close in Gloucester, appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, May 20 charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent. He was remanded in custody to appear at Gloucester Crown Court on June 13.
Officers are still eager to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident, which happened at around 2.40pm on Saturday May 17.

A 50-year-old man arrested early in the investigation remains on police bail until July 3 in connection with the case.
