Arthur Milroy and his giant Stroud flag will be making an appearance in Brazil
WHEN you watch this summer's World Cup in Brazil, keep an eye out for Arthur Milroy and his giant Stroud England flag.
Arthur's passion for sporting events has already seen him volunteer at the previous Summer and Winter Olympic Games, and he'll now be flying the flag for Stroud as he cheers on the Three Lions.
The 23-year-old fromBrimscombe is currently studying a degree in Sports Management at Cardiff University , and will spend 6 weeks in the South American country.
