WOODCHESTER-BASED Eddie 'The Eagle' Edwards is one of England's most recognisable faces.
That is according to The Sun newspaper, which featured the former Olympic ski-jumping legend in a special World Cup souvenir edition.
Delivered free to 22 million homes, its front page included 118 stars from the Queen to Sir Bruce Forsyth.
Cranham-based pop star Lily Allen and artist Damien Hirst also made the This Is Our England list.
