TWO motorcyclists are being treated for serious injuries after a collision.
Police were called to the incident at 3pm on Saturday, June 14 on the B4425 between Barnsley and Bibury, near to the Arlington Pike crossroads.
Both motorcylclists were taken to hospital in Bristol, one by air ambulance and the other by road ambulance. The road was closed at Bibury Village while police dealt with the incident.
One of the riders is a 28-year-old local man and the other is a 54-year-old man from Hemel Hempstead and both are being treated for serious injuries.
The motorcycles involved were a Suzuki and a Yamaha.
Anyone with any information about the collision is asked to contact Gloucestershire Police on 101, quoting incident number 300 June 14.
