RESIDENTS of Resthaven Nursing Home, Pitchcombe, enjoyed the jewellery sale, head massages and BBQ on offer at their May Fayre on Saturday, June 21.

However Resthaven activity co-ordinator Kay Morton was disappointed that more people were unable to come.

“It could have been better, we had lovely weather but we did not get as many people as we were hoping for” she said.

Despite the low turn-out the day still raised £217 towards activities and trips for the residents.
