Following the resignation of Molly Scott Cato after her election to the European Parliament in May an election of a district councillor for the Valley district ward will take place next month.
Anyone wanting to stand in the election needs to submit a nomination paper by 4pm on Friday, July 11.
Nomination packs can be requested by calling the council’s election team on 01453 754886 or by popping in to the council’s Ebley Mill offices.

The names of those nominated will be published by 4pm on Monday, July 14 and the election will take place on Thursday, August 7.
