The Weaving Shed at Gigg Mill, Nailsworth (GL6 0JF) will be open from 10am to noon on Saturday, July 19. Visitors can try their hands at weaving a pattern as well as seeing demonstrations of the flying shuttle and a power loom. Allow an hour for the visit. £3 for adults.

The Mill Centre at Dunkirk Mill will be open 2pm to 4pm on Saturday, July 20, Sunday, July 21 and Wednesday July 30. Every Wednesday, Luke from Black8Bikes hosts a pre-planned ‘magical mystery tour’ all ages and abilities welcome. The ride goes off road as much as possible and is usually from 12 to 20 miles.
