A STONEHOUSE man who allegedly crept into a house at night and sexually assaulted a woman sleeping in her bedroom will stand trial next month.
Robert Hinder, 33, of Meadow Road, Stonehouse, has pleaded not guilty to trespass with intent to commit a sexual offence in Sherborne Close, Stonehouse.
Footprint evidence will be called by the prosecution and the defendant intends to call his parents to give evidence, Gloucester Crown Court heard yesterday (Thursday).
A five-day trial will be held on August 5 and Hinder was granted conditional bail until that date.
