A 45-YEAR-OLD man who is alleged to have been behind the wheel three and a half times above the legal drink drive limit has pleaded not guilty.
At Stroud Magistrates’ Court on Monday John Redden, of West End, Minchinhampton, pleaded not guilty to driving with 124 microgrammes of alcohol in his system on Friday, June 20.
The legal limit is 35 microgrammes per 100 millilitres of breath.
He will next appear before Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court on January 23, 2015.
