POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a car was stolen and crashed in Cheltenham on 23 July.
The vehicle collision happened in Libertus Road near the junction with Rowanfield Road shortly before 10 pm.
The vehicle, a Vauxhall Corsa SXI CDTI, collided with a fence before overturning and landing on its roof. The occupants, believed be two in number, escaped from the vehicle and made off down Rowanfield Road.
It is believed one or both occupants were injured. They are described as white males, in their early 20s, slim build, one with dark hair, one with blond hair.
Highways Agency dealt with oil found on the road.
Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact Gloucestershire Police on 101, quoting Incident number 589.
