PALS Jonas Pollard and Matthias Christian have posted a YouTube video of their epic charity cycle ride across Europe.

The lads, both both 19, cycled 4,000 miles across 14 countries in 90 days and have so far raised £6,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support.

They left Stroud in March and were greeted by a cheering crowd when they returned at the end of June.

They cycled 50 miles a day – with one rest day a week – all the way to the Black Sea in Romania, then from Milan through the Alps to Germany and home to Gloucestershire.

Jonas, from Painswick, has been raising money for Macmillan since 2011.

He was inspired to support the charity after his mother Maggie Pollard was diagnosed with breast cancer.
