MP Neil Carmichael recently visited Brimscombe post office to see the success of the Post Office Local model, after the branch reopening following temporary closure at the end of last year.
Neil Carmichael was impressed by the wide range of services offered by the Post Office Local, which operates as a separate counter within the popular village shop.
He said: “I am delighted that this vital service has been preserved for the community. I remain committed to protecting post offices.”
