A MARKETING company from Cirencester with clients all over the world has soared to the top after bagging an impressive award.

Soaring Worldwide works with a whole host of clients from across the globe. The small Cirencester firm of only seven people were cheered when they realised they had been crowned Team of the Year at the recent Cirencester Business Awards, organised by the Chamber of Commerce.

Managing director Adam Baggs said it was a delight to win the accolade.

“I had every confidence that our team was good enough to win the award. We were absolutely chuffed,” he said. “We have won some international PR awards in the past, but it was nice to win one in the town, in the place we work. We want to show people that we are a really friendly company.”

Soaring Worldwide was set up eight years ago in Cirencester by Adam and his business partner Helen Bassett. The company has worked with local clients such as CIA Fire and Security as well as the world-famous Barbican Centre in London and even the entire city of Kyoto in Japan.

“People are often surprised that a company with a global reach is based in sleepy Cirencester,” Adam said. “We help companies shout about what they do and work with destinations, cities and countries.”

Adam went on to say that Soaring Worldwide has really grown during the last year and a half.

“The team showed a real desire to grow,” he said. “By getting through projects as a team we have got those important testimonials.

“They work hard for us, so it’s important that we reward them. One time we called it a day on Friday at 3pm and went to Dolcetti for ice cream.”
