A WORKER has died after an industrial accident at a festival site in Horsley.
Emergency services were called to Sallywood Farm, Horsley at noon today, following a report of an incident involving a fork-lift truck which had resulted in the death of a 33-year-old man.
It is understood the worker was not employed by the farm however working at the location in preparation of a music event.
A Gloucestershire Police force spokesman said the person who died was helping set up the festival and there appeared to have been an accident involving agricultural equipment.
The spokesman said because it appeared to be an industrial accident, Stroud District Council, police and Health and Safety Executive are jointly investigating.
