PLANS to build 30 new homes in Eastington have been unanimously refused by Stroud District Council.
Members of SDC's development control committee unanimously agreed to turn down the application for 30 homes in a field off Bath Road in Eastington at a meeting on Tuesday, August 12.
The officers’ had already recommended the application for refusal due to the fact that the proposed housing development was outside the settlement boundary and therefore recommended refusing planning permission.
