IN OUR report in this week’s printed version of the Standard we wrongly suggested in the opening paragraph that building work had begun in preparation for a new housing development in Chesterton.
The rest of the article made it clear that the work undertaken this week was merely the start of the archaeological exploration that is required in the Cotswolds before a planning application can be made.
