A 16-YEAR-OLD boy is to stand trial accused of raping a girl aged under 13.
The boy, who cannot be named because of his age, denied the charge at Gloucester Crown Court on Friday.
He is accused of committing the alleged offence between May 30 and July 31.
The boy, who lives in the Stroud area, was released on bail to await trial on October 22. Judge Jamie Tabor QC reminded the boy not to contact the alleged victim in any way.
