The victim was exercising his dog on Mill Lane Playing Fields in Brockworth at 2.30pm on Saturday, August 30, when two youths on bicycles threw an object containing flammable liquid at him.

The man, who was smoking at the time, suffered minor burns to his lower leg and thumb after his trousers were ignited.
