Man, 30, arrested on suspicion of common assault in badger cull zone
A 30-YEAR-OLD man from the Bristol area has been arrested on suspicion of common assault.
The arrest was made by Gloucestershire police officers working under Operation Themis, the force's response to the badger cull.
It follows an incident at a farm in Bromsberrow Heath, Ledbury, on the Herefordshire-Gloucestershire border at about 10pm on Monday, September 22.
The suspect is currently being questioned at Cheltenham police station.
