Men arrested for diesel fuel theft in Gloucester
THREE men have been charged with theft from a motor vehicle in connection with an incident at a builders supplier in Gloucester.
Andrew Graham Ferris, 28 and of Shelley Avenue in Gloucester, Stephen Leonard Fenemore, 24 and of Tennyson Avenue in Gloucester and David John Jones, 31 and of no fixed abode, will appear in front of magistrates in Cheltenham on October 9.
The charge relates to the theft of diesel from a haulage truck in the yard of the business premises in Bristol Road between 1.40am and 2am on Friday September 12.
