POLICE in The Forest of Dean are appealing for information after a disturbance outside a shop in Mitcheldean.
The incident happened on High Street in the town at around 7.30pm on Friday, September 26.
The victim was walking along High Street near to the Co-Op when he and a friend were approached by two men.
The victim and one of the two men then began to argue. It is believed that the offender produced a knife. The offender and the second man then ran away.
The offender is described as white, male and about 20-years-old. He was around 5ft 8ins tall and of medium build. He was wearing a long grey coat, black trousers, black boots and had tattoos on his neck and head.
Anyone who may have information on this incident is asked to contact Gloucestershire Police on 101, quoting incident number 443 of September 26.
