A GROUP of travellers have set up camp in Cheapside car park this week have until Monday to move on.
Police have served a Section 61 order to leave notice on the group who have set up camp in the car park behind Stroud railway station.
They are believed to be French, as their vehicles have French number plates.
A section 61 order gives power to remove trespassers on land, however there must be at least six vehicles in order to do so.
A police spokesman has confirmed that the order gives them until Monday to leave however they have been told that the group intend to leave tomorrow, Saturday.
