Crash closes main road between Stroud and Gloucester
COMMUTERS can expect delays this rush hour after a crash closed the main road between Stroud and Gloucester.
The A4173 is still closed in both directions at Edge, according to Gloucestershire Constabulary.
A female driver was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital for minor injuries after her Honda Civic hit a tree just before 3pm today, Wednesday.
Diversions around the scene have been set up and motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible.
Update: Road is now open.
