AN ATM was stolen in a suspected ram raid at Morrisons on Dyer Street Cirencester during the early hours of Friday morning.
A window at the front of the store was smashed allowing thieves entry to the store.
It is believed that thieves then pulled the ATM out of its fittings by tying rope between it and a jeep , before driving away at speed with the ATM still attached to the vehicle .
It is also thought that one of three other jeeps involved in the raid was found abandoned nearby.
Nobody from Morrisons is available to comment at this time.
It is not known how much cash was in the ATM.
More to follow.
