SIX years after raising £7,000 for charity through sales of a special calendar, a mother and daughter from Minchinhampton are aiming to raise even more with their second offering.
The 2015 Raising More Pressure Calendar has been created by Lesley Jones and Sam Stevens, with the aim of raising £10,000 towards the Cancer Research UK charity.
They came up with the idea after Lesley’s partner Alec Tanner was diagnosed with cancer.
Alec has been in remission for six years but Lesley said: “Cancer Research UK was absolutely invaluable in getting us through a very difficult time.”
Twelve vintage vehicles are shown with their female owners including Lesley and Sam. Everyone featured has been affected by cancer in some way and there is a moving memorial page.
