Student in Cheltenham arrested for driving while drunk
A 20-YEAR-OLD student from Cheltenham was stopped by police this morning for driving too fast and for driving while drunk.
The Gloucestershire police dog unit stopped the car and arrested the student, who was nearly twice the legal limit, and took him to the cells.
