POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a robbery which took place in broad daylight today.
A woman was sitting in her car in Massey Road, Gloucester when she was approached by a man who said he wanted to know the time.
As she wound down her window to answer he threatened her with a sharp, pointed object and demanded her handbag - which he then took.
He made off on a dark coloured 125cc motorbike, displaying L plates, riding off towards Adelaide Street with no helmet.
He is described as; white, in his late 20s/early 30s, of medium build, scruffy looking with strawberry blonde hair, thick stubble and was wearing a green hooded top.
If anyone saw anything in this area around 9am on December 2 they are asked to phone 101, quoting incident no. 110 of December 2.
