POLICE are appealing for witnesses following an attack on lambs at a farm in Whaddon, Gloucester.
The attack happened at Court Farm, Stroud Road, Whaddon between 4pm on December 3 and 9am on December 4.
The farmer believes a dog is responsible because there were teeth marks on the lambs' necks.
Three lambs were badly injured and a fourth lamb had to be put down due to severe leg injuries.
The attack was very savage with another lamb suffering deep wounds into its shoulder. The lambs are valued at a few hundred pounds.
Anyone with any further information should call 101 quoting Incident Number 131 of Decembe 4.
