Man, 41, arrested on suspicion of attempted murder
A MAN has been arrested in connection with a stabbing in Gloucester earlier this week.
Police were called to the incident at a flat in Bristol Road at 11.20am on Thursday, December 11.
A 31-year-old man suffered serious injuries including a punctured lung. He continues to receive treatment in hospital and remains in a stable condition.
On Saturday a 41-year-old Gloucester man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in connection with the case.
He remains in police custody at this time as inquiries continue.
The investigation team is still keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed this incident, or who has any information about it.
