VISITORS to the Painswick Rococo Garden will be greeted by three giant-sized mosaic masterpieces from the start of next year.

Mosaic artist, Victoria Harrison, is set to exhibit three of her latest sculptures, a 7ft tall snowdrop (that was recently exhibited at the RHS Malvern Spring Festival), 4ft high egg and 6ft tall leaf at the venue from January 10 until March 31.

The striking creations are made out of a wide range of materials, including galvanised steel opaque stained glass, art mirror and glass tesserae.

“I’m delighted to have been invited to exhibit three of my sculptures at such a stunning venue,” said Victoria.

“The collection is inspired by nature's changing seasons and the acoustic delight of the Dawn Chorus. The leaf sculpture, Fall, Leaves, Fall is inspired by a poem written by Emily Bronte.

“It’s been a real mission to produce work on such a large scale however, it’s been well worth it, the end result is absolutely stunning.”

Exhibition by Victoria Harrison Mosaic Artist is open from 11am until 5pm.
