Huge vehicle damages other cars after driving past them in Down Ampney
POLICE are appealing for information following damage to cars in Down Ampney.
Two parked cars, a Vauxhall Astra and a Honda Civic, suffered extensive damage to door panels and the shearing off of a wing mirror when a large vehicle, possibly a van or a car towing a trailer, collided with them as it travelled past.
The vehicle would have been travelling from Down Ampney towards Poulton when it collided with the cars sometime between 9pm on Friday, January 2 and 9am on Saturday, January 3.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed these collisions, or the offender - who may be unaware of the damage caused - to come forward.
