Man and woman freed from car which was suspected to be on fire after collision in Tetbury
AN WOMAN and a man had to be freed from a vehicle after a road traffic collision in the Kingscote area of Tetbury, yesterday.
Firefighters released the woman and she was then was taken to hospital by ambulance to be treated for unknown injuries, while the man was released before the arrival of the fire service.
Firefighters were called to the incident around 3.20pm, after receiving a report that a person was trapped and that the vehicle was on fire, however the fire service has confirmed that it was not alight.
Crews were on scene for approximately one and a half hours.
