22-year-old woman killed in car crash near Farmington, Northleach
A 22-YEAR-OLD Gloucestershire woman was killed in a crash on the A429 near Farmington, Northleach yesterday.
The crash happened at around 10.20am on Friday.
The woman, named locally as Mel Norman from Northleach, was driving a red Peugeot 106.
She was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
Police, ambulance paramedics and the fire service all attended the scene and the road was closed for several hours while an investigation was carried out.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the collision to call Gloucestershire Police on 101 quoting incident 122 of February 6.
