A MALMESBURY man was arrested on suspicion of intent to supply cannabis last night after officers smelt a suspicious aroma emanating from his car in Royal Wootton Bassett.
While patrolling a well known lane in the town, officers spotted the man acting suspiciously and when they spoke to him they smelt the substance.
After arresting the man he was taken Gable Cross police station in Swindon, while officers conducted further enquiries.
