A DRIVER is accused of running cyclists off the road with his car in the Cotswolds.
Dean Goble, who has pleaded not guilty to three charges of dangerous driving, will stand trial on April 28.
The 39-year-old has been released on bail after being given the trial date by Judge Tim Mousley QC, at Swindon Crown Court, on Monday.
Goble, of Parkway in Siddington, Cirencester, is said to have been involved in the incidents over a 10 day period last spring.
He is alleged to have been behind the wheel of a V-reg Peugeot 206 diesel turbo when it was driven dangerously on Ashton Road in Ashton Keynes on April 30.
A week later, on May 7, a similar incident is said to have taken place on an unclassified road between Ewen and Cirencester.
The final charge relates to an alleged piece of driving in High Road, Ashton Keynes, on May 8.
