WM Active set to be sentenced for health and safety breaches after death of Kajil Devi
THE company that runs the Cotswold Country Park and Beach will be sentenced for health and safety breaches following a teenager's death next month.
Kajil Devi, who was 15 and could not swim, drowned as she was playing with friends at the attraction in 2010.
In July WM Active admitted to charges brought against it by Cotswold District Council for failing to ensure the health and safety of the public.
The sentencing will be on March 13 at Gloucester Crown Court.
