POP sensations The Vamps are set to play at Westonbirt Arboretum this summer.
The band shot to fame in 2012 after uploading a series of punkish, acoustic-driven covers on social media and they have now had 230 million total YouTube and Vevo views as well as sold out arena tours.
Last year their meteoric rise to fame was confirmed with sold out tour dates and the release of their debut album ‘Meet The Vamps’.
The Vamps is the latest act announced as part of Forest Live, the summer music series organised by the Forestry Commission.
Others include singer songwriter - Tom Odell and pop star Paloma Faith.
Forest Live is an independent programme organised by the Forestry Commission to bring forests to new audiences. Income generated from ticket sales is spent on protecting, improving and expanding England’s forests and woodlands and increasing their value to people and wildlife.
Over Forest Live’s 14 year history, money raised has contributed to a wide range of projects, from wildlife conservation to making improvements for visitors. With everything required for a great night out, including full catering and bar facilities, the gigs are renowned for their relaxed atmosphere.
The Vamps plus guests is on Sunday, June 21 at Westonbirt Arboretum.
