A TETBURY business is trying to help an egg incubation specialist firm achieve 60 per cent growth in the next three years.
Quiver Management managing director Jan Bowen-Nielsen has helped Brinsea Products develop ambitious plans to enable growth from £3.2 million to over £5 million in 2017.
On February 6, the company moved into new premises in Weston-super-Mare and it has also added three new members to its product development team.
And with the securing of new partnerships with distributors such as Amazon and Screwfix, Brinsea Products is now well placed to achieve the goals it has set.
To help with Brinsea Products’ growth plans, managing director Ian Pearce was put in touch with Jan Bowen-Nielsen at Quiver Management by the Manufacturing Advisory Service.
Mr Bowen-Nielsen said: “What was important to begin with was for the senior management team at Brinsea to develop a shared vision and strategy for the business, through understanding the current situation and the opportunities and challenges ahead.
