Man denies killing Rodborough resident
A MAN has pleaded not guilty to killing an 82-year-old found stabbed to death at his home in Stroud.
Dennis Plater was discovered dead at his home in Walkley Hill in Rodborough, Stroud, on Friday, November 7 last year.
David Hall, 47, of no fixed address, denied murdering Mr Plater at Bristol Crown Court.
Hall, who is accused of killing Mr Plater between 5 and 8 November, is in police custody.
A trial date is to be set next week.
