LAWYERS are preparing for the next stage of a divorce money row between a green energy tycoon and the ex-wife he parted from nearly 30 years ago.
Kathleen Wyatt wants a £1.9 million payout from Dale Vince, although she did not lodge a maintenance claim until more than 25 years after they had separated and nearly 20 years after their divorce.
The Supreme Court yesterday ruled that her claim should proceed and be analysed by a judge in the Family Division of the High Court.
Solicitors for Ms Wyatt, 55, of Monmouth, and a spokesman for Mr Vince, 53, of Stroud, Gloucestershire, say no date has been fixed for any High Court hearings.
Mr Vince's spokesman today said no hearings were expected for some months.
