COMPUTER equipment including an Apple Mac worth £3,000 was stolen during a burglary in Stonehouse on Tuesday, March 17.

Offenders forced entry through a window of the building in Bond’s Mill Business Estate between 9.20pm and 9.35pm.

The silver Apple Mac computer was stolen in the raid at the advertising agency along with a 40ins JVC flatscreen TV and a silver iMac Air computer.

Officers believe the burglars used a vehicle to flee the area after a police dog unit and helicopter failed to track the criminals.

Investigations are underway and officers are examining forensic evidence.
