Flasher exposes himself and shouts abuse at woman near Bourton-on-the-Water Primary School
A FLASHER exposed himself to a woman near a school in Bourton-on-the-Water and shouted abuse at her. Police are now appealing for information.
Officers are appealing for information after the incident near Bourton-on-the-Water Primary School on Monday, March 16.
At 8.30am last Monday a woman was walking to work when a man exposed himself and shouted abuse at her outside the school. He was then seen in the churchyard of St Lawrence Church.
He was described as white, in his late 40s-50s with brown hair that was turning grey. He was wearing dark jeans with a padded, bomber type of jacket.
