NEARLY pounds-2m is to be spent by the Scottish Executive on extra staff and equipment for Scotland's five wheelchair centres. The move was announced by Rhona Brankin, deputy health minister, who said waiting times for wheelchairs were unacceptable. "I expect this investment to make a real difference."
